Job summary

BDO Unibank is seeking a Senior leader to drive enterprise Total Rewards operations across the bank and its Philippine subsidiaries, including attendance, payroll, compensation, benefits, and related governance. You will ensure regulatory compliance, optimize processes, and lead cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Tax, Compliance, and IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required.
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in HR/Total Rewards or related areas.
• At least 8 years in a senior leadership role managing multiple Total Rewards disciplines.
• Experience across Philippine and international/offshore HR operations is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide Total Rewards operations across BDO Unibank and affiliates.
• Develop and execute governance frameworks, SLAs, KPIs, and policies.
• Oversee Attendance & Timekeeping, Payroll, and Compensation programs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for labor, tax, and banking requirements.
• Drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Finance, Tax, Compliance, and Technology for service delivery.
