Job summary

You will develop and implement Total Rewards strategies that support business objectives, strengthen employee experience, and ensure market competitiveness and compliance with Philippine labor laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field.
• 5–8 years in Total Rewards/Benefits/HR Ops.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and mandated benefits.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop compensation philosophy, salary structures, and policies.
• Lead salary benchmarking, market pricing, and compensation studies.
• Provide compensation recommendations to business leaders.
• Monitor compensation trends, workforce costs, and market insights.
• Lead design, implementation, and administration of company and government-mandated benefits.
• Manage HMO, insurance, and other benefits programs and external partners.
• Oversee benefits enrollment, claims, reimbursements, and employee concerns.
• Drive wellness and employee benefits initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Oversee employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding.
• Lead HRIS data governance for compensation, benefits, and employee records.
• Partner with Payroll, BI & Automation, and other teams to improve HR systems.
• Analyze HR data and operational metrics to identify trends and process improvements.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Rewards Management team.
• Set team priorities, performance standards, and KPIs.
• Partner with business leaders to align rewards programs with organizational needs.

• Oversee employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding.
• Ensure accurate and timely benefits enrollment, changes, and final pay coordination.
• Lead HRIS data governance for compensation, benefits, and employee records.
• Partner with Payroll, Business Intelligence & Automation, and other teams to improve HR systems and processes.
• Analyze HR data and operational metrics to identify trends and process improvements.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Rewards Management team.
• Set team priorities, performance standards, and KPIs.
• Partner with business leaders to align rewards programs with organizational and workforce needs.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Total Rewards, Benefits, HR Operations, or a related function.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits.
• Experience managing HMO, insurance, and employee benefits programs.
• Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, Microsoft Excel, and data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, including working with manual data records.
• Proven experience managing both in-house and government-mandated benefits administration.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
