Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding is seeking an HR Manager – Compensation & Benefits, Digitalization and HR Processes to lead compensation design, benefits programs, and payroll governance in the Philippines. You will drive HR analytics, budgeting, and reporting while ensuring compliance and effective use of HR systems and digital tools.

The role oversees system ownership, process standardization, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance and business leaders to optimize costs and enrich the employee

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of progressive HR experience.
• At least 3-5 years in a managerial role covering Compensation & Benefits and HR Operations.
• Strong experience in payroll administration, budget planning, HRIS, analytics, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and review of compensation and benefits programs.
• Oversee payroll governance, audits, and reconciliations.
• Manage annual salary reviews, merit increases, and bonus planning.
• Drive HR data governance, analytics, and monthly reporting.
• Oversee HR digitalization, systems management, and process automation.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax requirements, and governance standards.
• Partner with Finance and business leaders on workforce cost planning.
