Job summary

Private Advertiser in Manila is seeking an analytical compensation professional to support rewards programs globally. You will own country/regional rewards initiatives, partner with stakeholders, and drive design-thinking automation to scale total rewards across regions.

The role emphasizes project management, policy compliance, and data-driven decision making, with responsibilities spanning merit cycles, pay structure reviews, benchmarking, and cross-functional collaboration with HR, Finance,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Total Rewards experience with ownership of country/regional rewards programs.
• Experience delivering complex reward projects including pay structure design or HRIS automation.
• Strong project management skills across regions/time zones.
• Experience with HRIS platforms like SAP SuccessFactors or Workday is preferred.
• Advanced Excel and reporting/visualization tools experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute annual reward activities including merit increases and incentive programs.
• Support design, delivery and continuous improvement of global compensation/benefits programs.
• Advise regional teams on rewards policies and systems.
• Conduct market benchmarking across countries and functions.
• Manage compensation processes including survey matching, job architecture, budgeting, and pay progression reviews.
