Job summary

HOYA Vision Group in Manila seeks a Global Total Rewards Manager to lead compensation, incentives, and international mobility programs across regions. You will collaborate with Global Total Rewards and cross-functional teams to ensure governance and accurate data for annual reward cycles.

The role requires strong analytical prowess, experience with HRIS (Oracle HCM) and Power BI, and the ability to operate in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, finance, accounting or related discipline.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, International Mobility, or related HR within a multinational corporation.
Proven experience administering compensation and rewards programs across multiple countries and legal entities.
Very good English language skills (spoken and written).
Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Oracle HCM, including data management and reporting.

Responsibilities

Support the Global Total Rewards team in implementing and governing compensation and incentive programs.
Lead end-to-end annual salary review and MIP processes across countries and entities.
Coordinate annual salary review cycles, data validation, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
Develop compensation dashboards and analytics to support data-driven decisions.
Assist in international mobility administration and relocation-related programs.
