Zusammenfassung

HOYA Vision Group is seeking a Global Total Rewards Manager to oversee compensation, incentive programs, and international mobility. You will partner with the Global Total Rewards team to implement governance, data accuracy, and standardized processes across multiple countries and legal entities.

You will coordinate annual salary reviews, MIP Payouts, and reward program analytics, driving improvements in governance, reporting, and data integrity across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, accounting or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Total Rewards, compensation and benefits in a multinational.
• Experience with international mobility and assignment compensation.
• Strong knowledge of salary structures, market benchmarking, and incentive plans.
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms, preferably Oracle HCM, for data management and reporting.

Aufgaben

• Support end-to-end salary review and MIP processes across multiple countries and entities.
• Coordinate annual salary review cycles, data validation, and stakeholder communications.
• Lead MIP participation administration and payout processes, including governance and letters.
• Develop compensation reports, dashboards, and analytics to enable data-driven decisions.
• Support international mobility programs, including COLA and location allowances.
