Job summary

International SOS in Ortigas (Pasig) seeks a Senior Rewards Analyst to oversee compensation, benefits and reward programs across international markets, with a focus on Europe, SEA, India, Korea and Global Functions.

You will conduct salary benchmarking, merit and bonus cycles, job architecture, and pay transparency, while maintaining dashboards and HRIS integrity. 5+ years in C&B or HR analytics, English fluency, and SAP SuccessFactors experience required.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Finance, business, accounting, or economics.
• Reward or job evaluation certification desirable.
• Fluent in English.
• 5+ years in Compensation & Benefits or HR analytics.
• Experience with multiple countries/regions.
• Experience with annual compensation review processes.
• Experience with salary benchmarking and market analysis.
• Experience in a matrix organization; exposure to HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market salary benchmarking and pay equity analyses.
• Support the annual merit, bonus review cycles with Finance.
• Maintain regional benefits databases and reviews.
• Oversee job evaluations and EU pay transparency compliance.
• Maintain reward dashboards and HRIS data integrity.
• Collaborate with SEA Regional Reward Lead on country projects.
