Remotecom is seeking a Manager for their Time & Attendance team to oversee planning, implementation, and service delivery. This role entails navigating global employment challenges, managing a distributed team, and ensuring compliance across APAC jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate has expertise in HR operations, deep knowledge of T&A compliance, and a service-oriented mindset, with the flexibility to work asynchronously.

Qualifications

• Hands-on people management experience with a strong coaching mindset.
• Proven track record of experience in HR Operations across multiple countries.
• Deep knowledge of Time & Attendance matters and policy processes.
• Experience managing T&A compliance in APAC countries.
• Comfortable working in a service level environment with SLAs/KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Guide, coach, and develop direct reports to build a high-performing team.
• Foster a positive team culture across international borders.
• Lead performance management and align goals with business objectives.
• Drive recruitment, training, and mentoring of the regional team.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on high-risk T&A topics.
• Enhance T&A processes through cross-functional partnerships.
• Improve Lifecycle T&A team processes and identify automation opportunities.
