Job summary

Remote seeks a Manager, Payroll Operations to lead our Global Payroll Operations team in a fully remote, async environment. You will own the planning and implementation of the payroll chapter, guiding a cross‑functional group to process payroll accurately, on time, and in compliance across countries.

You’ll partner with internal stakeholders and external payroll providers, uphold best practices, and develop KPIs and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Payroll team with guidance and mentorship.
• Own the complete payroll function, ensuring timely, accurate processing.
• Be the primary contact between internal and external payroll stakeholders.
• Stay updated on international payroll laws and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and country policies.
• Manage relationships with payroll providers and相关 services.
