Logoslabs is looking for a Time & Attendance Specialist to ensure accurate management of Time & Attendance activities for Remote's employees. You will play a crucial role in improving processes while ensuring legal compliance.

Your responsibilities will include advising clients and employees on employment laws, managing employee lifecycle events, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure compliance. A role for those who thrive in a fast-paced, asynchronous environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing employee lifecycle events.
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English at a business level.
• Experience with managing long-term sick leave or extended absence cases preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an expert on Time & Attendance matters and assist Senior Specialists.
• Be case manager for employee lifecycle leave and working hours.
• Advise on employment legislation and provide guidance as a consultant.
