You will coordinate with project teams, control document changes, and distribute materials according to procedures. Strong English, template design, and ERP familiarity are essential.

The role requires 3+ years in document control within a global services context, with an emphasis on accuracy and confidentiality. Onsite presence in Makati is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical document control processing in a Global Business Services environment.
• Basic knowledge of AutoDesk software and VBA coding.
• Experience in designing templates, document file types and databases.

Responsibilities

• Handle technical documentation for internal and external customers.
• Cooperate with project teams when needed.
• Control and review incoming/outgoing documentation per Change Form and master lists.
