AMS is seeking a Specialist - Talent Sourcing who enjoys learning and values teamwork. If you have strong experience in proactive sourcing and a solid offshore recruitment background, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

This role requires working an APAC schedule and a hybrid setup with at least three days onsite per week in Makati City. You’ll partner with recruiters to develop sourcing strategies, engage with hiring managers, and use AMS networks to find niche skills.

Formación

• Demonstrated at least 2 years of offshore sourcing and/or recruitment experience within a global organization.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience in proactive and passive candidate sourcing, with strong attention to detail.
• Amenable to working an APAC schedule and in a hybrid setup, including at least three days onsite per week in Makati City.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a Trusted Adviser in recruitment discussions and vacancy briefings with Hiring Managers.
• Develop sourcing strategies with recruiters and AMS experts to deliver great candidates.
• Lead conversations with client stakeholders to propose solutions and niche skill searches.
• Review and post compelling job adverts to attract candidates and amplify the client brand.
• Use AMS network to engage with target audiences via LinkedIn and other channels.
