Job summary

AMS is seeking a Principal – Talent Sourcing to lead proactive talent sourcing initiatives and develop impactful sourcing strategies for complex hiring challenges. You will partner with recruiters and client stakeholders to deliver exceptional candidate experiences and hiring outcomes.

You will navigate fast-paced environments, demonstrate advanced sourcing capabilities, and own relationships across multiple channels to attract top talent for commercial and strategic roles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing and/or recruiting.
• Proven expertise in identifying and engaging passive candidates through proactive sourcing strategies.
• Good to have experience sourcing for commercial roles.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, challenging environments.

Responsibilities

• Work with Recruiters to develop partnerships and working relationships that deliver a great candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Partner with experts in sourcing and talent intelligence to develop effective sourcing strategies and influence client stakeholders and hiring outcomes.
• Show tact and confidence when talking to client stakeholders and leverage AMS network to propose solutions that deliver results.
• Attract, source & engage high-calibre talent across roles and markets.
• Demonstrate innovative, critical thinking and ongoing professional development to support clients in hiring the best talent.
• Review and post compelling job adverts to amplify client brands and attract candidates.
• Use your knowledge and AMS network to develop sourcing strategies leveraging LinkedIn and other social channels.
