Job summary

AMS is seeking a Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding, partnering with hiring managers and client stakeholders across APAC. You will source, screen, interview, and endorse candidates while coordinating interviews and offers.

The role requires onsite three days per week at the BGC office in Manila. You will support onboarding, build relationships, and deliver a positive candidate experience in a collaborative, diverse environment with a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of end-to-end recruitment from requisition to onboarding.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and candidate pipelines with reliability.
• Strong sourcing and screening capabilities to assess fit and qualifications.
• Experience coordinating interviews among candidates, managers, and clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with credible stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding.
• Source, screen, interview, and endorse qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and client stakeholders.
• Support offer discussions, negotiations, and pre-employment requirements.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, trackers, and system updates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce plans.
• Provide recruitment insights based on market trends and challenges.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and client stakeholders.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments.
• Participate in recruitment reviews and talent discussions.
• Support onboarding activities for successful hires.
