Emapta Philippines seeks a Talent Sourcer & Recruiting Coordinator to support our international software provider client. You will source, engage, and coordinate candidates across APAC, NORAM, and EMEA, while optimizing recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting coordination, recruitment operations, or talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to source candidates across multiple global regions and adapt recruitment strategies to local job boards and labor market practices.
• Proficiency in talent sourcing techniques including Boolean searches using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Hands-on experience with ATS tools (Rippling, HireBridge, Workday) or similar.
• Experience with AI tools in recruitment and reporting recruitment metrics.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage qualified candidates across APAC, NORAM, EMEA, and LATAM with emphasis on passive candidates.
• Conduct initial assessments and present shortlisted candidates to in-house recruiters.
• Develop and maintain evergreen talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Coordinate interviews across time zones with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and generate recruitment reports.
