Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing and Pipeline Development
- Provide candidate-side support for an agreed portfolio of roles allocated by the Talent Acquisition team.
- Attend role briefings and translate agreed role requirements into practical sourcing and screening activities.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive LinkedIn Recruiter searches, talent mapping, and other approved sourcing channels.
Application Screening and Candidate Assessment
- Review incoming applications and complete initial screening against agreed role requirements, including relevant experience, location, work rights, and salary expectations where required.
- Disposition or reject clearly unsuitable applicants in Workday using the agreed process and candidate communication standards.
- Conduct initial candidate phone or video screens and prepare concise, factual screening notes for the responsible Talent Acquisition Consultant.
Recruitment Coordination and Candidate Communication
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records in Workday, including progression, notes, activity tracking, and document management.
- Coordinate candidate interviews and related administration where the handoff is clear and the activity can be completed without unnecessary duplication.
- Provide timely, professional candidate communication throughout allocated stages of the recruitment process.
- Prepare agreed role and pipeline updates for twice-weekly portfolio reviews with the responsible Talent Acquisition Consultant.
Process Management and Continuous Improvement
- Escalate delays, process gaps, candidate risks, data issues, or unclear instructions promptly.
- Use approved templates, systems, and standard operating procedures to support consistent recruitment practices and data quality.
- Protect candidate and business information and comply with applicable privacy, confidentiality, and information-security requirements.
- Contribute ideas to improve offshore handoffs, sourcing quality, screening consistency, and recruitment efficiency.
Operating Model and Accountability
- Manage a defined group of roles or candidate activities, providing structured support rather than uncoordinated, ad hoc assistance.
- Work within the established division of responsibilities: the Talent Acquisition Consultant retains ownership of hiring-manager or Partner relationships, recruitment strategy, and final candidate recommendations.
- Own agreed candidate-side tasks and maintain clear, up-to-date status records to give recruiters real-time visibility.
- Participate in scheduled check-ins, initially expected twice weekly, to review portfolio progress, priorities, blockers, and handoffs.
- Support interview scheduling selectively where it creates genuine efficiency and avoids unnecessary duplication.
- Adapt responsibilities across sourcing, screening, candidate administration, and coordination according to team demand and agreed priorities.
