Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in volume recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Background in international recruitment with Australian market exposure preferred.
• Experience recruiting across professional and operational roles.
• Experience managing large-scale hiring and urgent staffing needs.
• Proven ability to source, assess, place, and onboard candidates.
• Working knowledge of recruitment compliance and documentation procedures.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid arrangement.
