Job summary

NCC Group is seeking a Senior Talent Development Partner to design, implement, and scale leadership development and talent management programmes. You will partner with senior leaders and HR to translate business priorities into impactful learning initiatives that strengthen leadership pipelines and enable growth.

The role also involves coaching, stakeholder management, and leveraging analytics to demonstrate impact.

Qualifications

Experience designing and delivering development solutions to senior leadership/executive level.
Consulting with senior leaders to identify how talent development supports NCC strategy.
Design and embed progressive, evidence-based and inclusive learning programmes.
Strong data analytics to demonstrate impact and ROI.
Excellent stakeholder management across HR and business leaders.

Responsibilities

Develop talent development solutions aligned with NCC transformation and workforce planning.
Design and embed leadership development programmes for various leadership levels.
Advance career development and mentoring across NCC globally.
Support succession planning and talent reviews with leaders and HR Partners.
Measure impact with data and adjust programmes accordingly.
Collaborate with People team to enhance colleague experience.
