Qualifications

• 7+ years in learning and development, organisational development, or related field within a global organisation.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Education, or related discipline.
• Experience designing enterprise-wide learning strategies, leadership programmes, and competency frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of global L&D strategies aligned with priorities and capability needs.
• Design, implement, and evaluate L&D programmes that support leadership and organisational performance.
• Collaborate with leaders, HR, and Centres of Excellence to close capability gaps.
• Manage leadership development initiatives and integrate learning with talent and succession planning.
• Drive adoption of modern learning approaches, technologies, and tools for engagement and effectiveness.
