Job summary

Onward Worldwide Management & Consultancy in Metro Manila is seeking a recruitment professional to coordinate with the Recruitment Manager on new requirements, calendars of events, and related recruitment concerns. You will review portfolios, pre-screen candidates, and manage CVs in company format for client endorsement.

You will send recruiting emails, maintain candidate data in our ATS and internal databases, and conduct initial assessments whether by phone or in person.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Recruitment Manager for new requirements, strategies, events calendar and related recruitment concerns.
• Collaborate with HR Manager to identify each position’s requirements.
• Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates.
• Manage candidate CVs in company standard format for client endorsement.
• Send recruiting emails and communicate with potential candidates.
• Manage and retrieve candidate information in the ATS and internal databases.
• Conduct initial assessments via phone or face-to-face interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with Hiring Manager or client’s point person.
• Communicate with shortlisted candidates about interview arrangements and reminders to show up.
• Conduct background checks on shortlisted candidates.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual hiring status reports.
