You will contribute to employer branding, manage digital career pages, and use data to improve recruitment and retention. A strong background in recruitment and stakeholder collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive end-to-end recruitment experience across multiple roles and countries.
• Ability to obtain detailed job briefs from hiring managers and advise.
• Experience with behavioural interviewing and other recruitment methods.
• Strong stakeholder relationships and data-driven sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for high-level roles across SEA.
• Maintain recruitment templates and tools; optimize ATS use.
• Develop sourcing strategies and employer branding with stakeholders.
• Coordinate job postings, ads, and candidate communications.
• Support hiring managers and recruitment teams with interviewing.
