Job summary

Citco is seeking a Global Talent Acquisition professional to drive sourcing and assessment of top finance talent for North America and the Caribbean. You will own end-to-end recruitment for multiple business groups, identify cost-effective sourcing strategies, and build strong relationships with stakeholders and external vendors.

The role requires 3–5 years in corporate recruitment, proven success in high-volume hiring, and experience with ATS.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of talent acquisition experience in corporate/in-house environments.
• Proven ability to source passive, niche and active applicants in the Finance industry.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment across Canada/US/Caribbean.
• Strong team focus and regular engagement with your team.
• Strong relationship building and influencing skills.
• Experience with sourcing and recruitment techniques and methods.
• Experience managing a recruitment portfolio of 20+ vacancies simultaneously.
• Experience recruiting hard-to-fill roles.
• Ability to learn complex business functions quickly.
• Experience working with an applicant tracking system.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage expectations with candidates and hiring managers.
• Highly self-driven with a sense of urgency and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Drive attraction, sourcing, and assessment of top talent for Citco across North America and Caribbean.
• Own end-to-end recruitment processes for internal and external talent.
• Identify cost-effective sourcing solutions to attract top talent.
• Conduct targeted searches for various roles to identify passive candidates.
• Assess candidate skills and experience using ATS.
• Plan interviews and selection procedures for verbal offers.
• Maintain recruitment activity in ATS and report hiring metrics.
