Job summary

Citco, a global leader in fund services, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a 1-year contract in Makati with a hybrid work setup. You will drive attraction, sourcing, and assessment for multiple Citco business groups, manage high-volume recruitment across North America and the Caribbean, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver the global TA strategy.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of talent acquisition experience in corporate environments.
• Proven ability to source passive, niche and active applicants within the Finance industry.
• Proven ability to manage high volume recruitment activity within different regions (Canada/US/Caribbean).
• Strong team focus and enjoy actively engaging regularly with your team.
• Strong relationship building and influencing skills (essential).
• Consultative approach to talent acquisition and recruitment techniques.
• Proven experience managing a recruitment portfolio of 20+ vacancies at one time.
• Experience recruiting hard to find roles.
• Ability to quickly learn complex business function.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage expectations with candidates and hiring managers.
• High sense of urgency, self-driven and solution-oriented.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Drive attraction, sourcing, and assessment of top talent for Citco's business groups.
• Own and manage the talent acquisition process for internal and external talent.
• Identify cost-effective sourcing solutions to attract top talent.
• Conduct targeted search strategies to identify passive candidates.
• Assess candidate skills and experience using our ATS.
• Plan interview and selection procedures and verbal offers.
• Keep recruitment activity updated and report hiring metrics.
• Provide fair recruitment practices aligned to Citco values.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and vendors.
• Contribute to the delivery of the global talent acquisition strategy.
• Participate in global TA projects and drive solutions that impact results.
