Job summary

Citco is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition professional to join our Global TA team in Manila. You will own end-to-end recruitment for multiple business groups, sourcing passive and active candidates, and building strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of talent acquisition experience in corporate environments.
• Proven ability to source passive, niche and active applicants within the Finance industry.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment activity across multiple regions (Canada/US/Caribbean).
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Experience recruiting 20+ vacancies simultaneously.
• Experience with ATS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the Global Talent Acquisition team driving attraction, sourcing, and assessment for assigned Citco groups.
• Own and drive the talent acquisition process for internal and external talent.
• Identify cost-effective sourcing solutions to attract top talent.
• Conduct targeted search strategies to source passive candidates.
• Assess candidates using the applicant tracking system.
• Plan interview and selection procedures and verbal offers.
• Maintain recruitment activity updates and report hiring metrics.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and external vendors when needed.
• Contribute to the delivery of the global talent acquisition strategy.
• Participate in global TA projects and drive solutions to improve business results.
