Job summary

Cielo is seeking a Senior Consultant to drive delivery across client sites and central offices, coordinating a multidisciplinary delivery team and managing senior stakeholders. The role spans candidate search, market insights, and end-to-end project oversight in a global talent acquisition context.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in stakeholder management, 5+ years in end-to-end talent acquisition including retained search, and strong reporting skills.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of senior stakeholder and client relationship management experience.
• At least 5 years in end-to-end talent acquisition including retained executive search.
• Experience writing insightful profiles and reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead external and internal stakeholder engagement.
• Direction of the total delivery team.
• Define search or project specifications and client confidentiality processes.
• Create market insight scripts for each project.
• Assess candidates from long list to shortlist.
• Produce high-quality candidate profiles and reports.
• Conduct engagement and review meetings; identify risks.
• Ensure quality control and compliance across project stages.
