Citco Group Limited is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to join the Global Talent Acquisition team. You will drive sourcing, screening, and assessment for Citco’s North America and Caribbean groups, owning end‑to‑end processes from attraction to selection.

The role requires 3–5 years of in‑house recruitment experience, strong stakeholder management, and effective use of an ATS. You will collaborate across regions and support global TA initiatives in a dynamic, diverse environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of talent acquisition experience in corporate environments.
• Proven ability to source passive, niche and active applicants within the Finance industry.
• Proven ability to manage high volume recruitment activity across Canada/US/Caribbean.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the talent acquisition process for internal and external talent across Citco groups.
• Identify cost effective sourcing solutions to attract top talent.
• Conduct targeted search strategies and source passive candidates.
• Plan interview and selection procedures to verbal offer with each candidate.
• Ensure recruitment activity is updated in the ATS and report hiring metrics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and external vendors.
• Contribute to the delivery of global talent acquisition strategy.
• Participate in global talent acquisition projects and drive solutions.
