Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
• 2-4 years of international student recruitment or channel partner experience.
• Proven experience in education sales and agent management.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and onboard high-potential Recruitment Partners across the Philippines.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with active partners; provide training and marketing support.
• Guide partners in student counselling; oversee application submissions for completeness and quality.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities; develop regional recruitment strategies.
