upGrad GSP is seeking an International Student Recruitment Manager to identify, onboard, and manage Recruitment Partners across the Philippines, driving enrollments for the Global Student Program.

The role requires expertise in international student recruitment, channel sales, and partner relationship development, with a focus on expanding agent networks, increasing enrollments, and strengthening market presence through structured engagement and performance-driven strategies.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in international student recruitment or education sales.
• Proven experience managing education agents and meeting enrollment targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel across the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment Partner Identification and Onboarding across the Philippines.
• Partner Relationship Management, training, and ongoing support.
• Student Recruitment & Application Oversight with partners and admissions teams.
• Market Development & Strategic Growth to boost brand and enrollments.
• Provide regular market insights to leadership to inform strategy.
