Job summary

AFRY is seeking an editor for SharePoint Communications sites to support global internal communications across 40+ countries. The role focuses on updating sites, applying brand guidelines, and creating new pages in line with corporate guidelines.

You will work with the Communications team to harmonize site structure and improve user experience, leveraging your UI/UX understanding and AI-friendly content organization. A Sweden-based manager will guide prioritization and planning.

Qualifications

• Excellent English writing and editing skills.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint editorial work.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles for web editing.
• Ability to follow brand templates and guidelines.
• Knowledge of SharePoint layouts, web parts, and app connections.
• Experience organizing content with AI-friendly tagging/naming conventions.
• Basic communication skills relevant to internal comms.
• Experience with global organizations’ internal communications.
• Strong, proactive, structured work style and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Edit and maintain SharePoint Communication sites for a large organization (40+ countries).
• Update existing sites to align with new guidelines and create new sites per guidelines.
• Serve as a key editorial resource in harmonizing site structure across the organization.
• Prioritize and organize work with support from a Sweden-based team and manager.
