Job summary

AFRY Finland is seeking an editorial specialist to support SharePoint Communication sites and other M365 platforms for a global organization of 18,000 colleagues across 40+ countries. You will be responsible for daily site updates and aligning new content with brand guidelines, while contributing to a global harmonization project.

The role involves coordinating with the Communications team or site owners, prioritizing tasks, and working under guidance from a Sweden-based team and manager.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English essential for editorial work and communication.
• Expertise in SharePoint editorial tasks and familiarity with M365 tools preferred.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles to create user-friendly layouts.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and use standard templates.
• Experience organizing content, tagging, naming conventions, and document structuring.

Responsibilities

• Edit and update SharePoint Communication sites and other M365 pages.
• Act as a key editorial resource in harmonizing SharePoint site structure globally.
