Job summary

RELX International is seeking a detail-oriented content specialist to support HR knowledge content on SharePoint and AI-enabled experiences. You will perform content updates, tagging, metadata changes, and page builds using established review processes.

You will also maintain SharePoint libraries, navigation, and permissions, conduct content inventories, and document Copilot/AI tests while collaborating with HR content owners and senior managers.

Qualifications

• Experience creating, editing, or maintaining content in a global, corporate environment.
• SharePoint Online content management, governance, and metadata handling experience.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn Copilot, AI agents, and Power Automate with guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on content updates, page builds, tagging, metadata changes, and content retirement per standards.
• Support SharePoint site maintenance: libraries, navigation, and permissions.
• Execute Copilot and agent test cases; document results and adjust content or configuration.
• Review agent-generated outputs, validate accuracy, and publish under approval rules.
• Monitor usage data and prepare findings for Senior Knowledge Management Architect/Manager.
