AFRY is a leading power sector consulting and engineering company with a global footprint. We are seeking an editorial professional to support SharePoint content across our 18,000-strong organization, harmonizing site structure and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

You will work with the Communications team and a Sweden-based manager to prioritize tasks and deliver user-friendly, AI-optimized content structures.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of English and editorial experience with SharePoint.
• Experience with UI/UX concepts to design user-friendly layouts.
• Knowledge of following brand guidelines and templates.
• Understanding editorial possibilities in SharePoint, including layouts and web parts.
• Ability to structure, tag and name documents for AI-optimized content.
• Basic skills in the communications area and internal communications in a global org.

Responsabilités

• Support with editorial work on SharePoint and other M365 platforms for a global organization.
• Update SharePoint sites to align with new guidelines or create new sites per guidelines.
• Act as editorial resource in harmonizing SharePoint structure for the company.
• Prioritize and structure own work with guidance from Sweden-based team.
