Job summary

AFRY is a leading power sector consulting and engineering company with a global footprint. We are seeking an editorial professional to support SharePoint content across our 18,000-strong organization, harmonizing site structure and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

You will work with the Communications team and a Sweden-based manager to prioritize tasks and deliver user-friendly, AI-optimized content structures.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of English and editorial experience with SharePoint.
• Experience with UI/UX concepts to design user-friendly layouts.
• Knowledge of following brand guidelines and templates.
• Understanding editorial possibilities in SharePoint, including layouts and web parts.
• Ability to structure, tag and name documents for AI-optimized content.
• Basic skills in the communications area and internal communications in a global org.

Responsibilities

• Support with editorial work on SharePoint and other M365 platforms for a global organization.
• Update SharePoint sites to align with new guidelines or create new sites per guidelines.
• Act as editorial resource in harmonizing SharePoint structure for the company.
• Prioritize and structure own work with guidance from Sweden-based team.

Job description

AFRY is one of the largest international power sector consulting and engineering companies with about 18,000 experts working across the world to create sustainable solutions for future generations. In Southeast Asia, we are a leading power sector consulting engineering company executing our regional consultancy and engineering assignments from our power sector consulting offices in Manila, Bangkok, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Hanoi, Singapore.

• Support with editorial work on Sharepoint Communication sites, and other M365 platforms, for an organization of 18,000 colleagues in 40+ countries.
• Work includes everyday updates to sites and pages, as well as updating existing sites to be in line with our new guidelines or creating new sites to be in line with those guidelines. These requests will be coming from the Communications team or other site owners.
• Further, the role includes to be a key editorial resource in an ongoing development project of revisiting and harmonizing the SharePoint Communication sites structure for the global company.
• Take responsibility, prioritize and structure own work, supported by a team and manager in Sweden.

• Very good English language skills.
• Very good knowledge in editorial work in SharePoint (meriting if basic knowledge in other M365 tools).
• Experience from UI/UX understanding, and how to design user friendly layouts.
• Knowledge about how to follow brand guidelines and use defined templates.
• Knowledge about editorial possibilities in SharePoint, including for example building different kind of layouts and incorporating the different web parts, connections to other apps, and using advanced permission settings.
• Meriting with technical knowledge, including how to organize content in an AI-optimized way - for example, how to structure, tag and name documents.
• Basic skills and knowledge in the communication area in general.
• Meriting with understanding for internal communications in a sprawling global organization.
• Structured and proactive with great interpersonal communications skills.
