Job summary

HRTx Inc. in Metro Manila (BGC, Taguig) is seeking an experienced training leader to design and deliver programs for new hires and ongoing upskilling in supply chain operations. This full-time onsite role operates on a dayshift schedule.

You will coordinate with global stakeholders, drive data accuracy, and manage change initiatives across SAP-driven master data and related processes, delivering measurable performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and SAP.
• Strong experience in Material Master Data management and governance.
• Proven people management experience, including coaching and team development.
• Experience working with global stakeholders in a cross-functional environment.
• Background in supply chain processes and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead training strategy and delivery for new hires and ongoing team upskilling to drive performance.
• Own the setup and design of supply chain innovation projects, including planning, milestones, risk mitigation, and stakeholder coordination across materials.
• Act as escalation point for SKU/innovation pipeline issues and ensure alignment with business needs, system requirements, and customer/legal standards.
• Drive change management, process improvements, and data accuracy through audits while leading technical initiatives and migrations.
• Manage team operations (workload, performance, hiring) and build strong cross-functional partnerships while role modeling company values.
