Job summary

DSV Road GmbH seeks a ServiceNow Developer to join the Global IT team. You will drive standard development on the ServiceNow platform and help define customer service catalogs in line with DSV standards.

Strong communication, ITIL experience, and stakeholder management are essential as you collaborate across sales, service lines, and onboarding of new customers in a global matrix organization.

Qualifications

• 2 years of practical ServiceNow experience.
• Certified ServiceNow courses and at least 3 years of professional work experience within process management.
• Experience working in a corporate environment following ITIL processes; ITIL 4 certification preferred.
• Proficiency at stakeholder management
• Understanding of working in an international environment with different cultures
• Positive attitude and high motivation
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Fluent English (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

• Development according to governance core ITSM ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Event, Request fulfilment and service catalogue)
• Cooperation with service owners about development of new services and maintenance of existing services
• Documentation of process and procedures in ServiceNow
• Participation in projects, especially onboarding of new customers
• Communication about the service request catalogue to internal and external stakeholders
