Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a ServiceNow Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in service delivery, workflow management, and platform operations to manage end-to-end ServiceNow services across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and more.

You will lead incident, change, and request processes, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor administrators and developers while aligning the ServiceNow roadmap with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in service delivery, workflow management, and platform operations.
• Continuous learner with industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow services across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM/SPM, HRSD, CSM, etc.
• Ensure SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs are met or exceeded.
• Oversee incident, problem, change, and request processes.
• Lead service review meetings and present performance insights.
• Mentor ServiceNow admins, developers, and support teams.
