Job summary

Strategic Staffing Solutions in the Philippines seeks a ServiceNow Developer to design, configure, and support CMDB, Discovery, ITAM, and ITSM. You will work with architects, owners, and stakeholders to deliver scalable platform capabilities.

You should have 3+ years of ServiceNow development, strong JavaScript skills, and experience with REST/SOAP integrations, Flow Designer, and ITSM tooling. Documentation and continual platform improvements are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong CMDB, Discovery, ITAM, and ITSM experience.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Service Catalog development, and ATF.
• Experience developing and supporting REST and SOAP integrations.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and platform development best practices.
• Experience with API testing, deployment processes, and system integrations.
• Familiarity with Azure fundamentals and Azure DevOps.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification preferred.

Responsibilities
