Job summary

DXC Technology Inc. invites a ServiceNow Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience to lead day-to-day delivery, support, and enhancements of ServiceNow services across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and more.

You will drive incidents, changes, and improvements while guiding cross-functional teams to ensure quality and KPI targets are met. You will act as the primary liaison for clients and stakeholders, align roadmaps with business goals, and champion operational excellence through governance,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4+ years of work experience in a related field.
Strong hands-on experience delivering ServiceNow services across modules.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and governance.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end ServiceNow service delivery across multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).
Ensure SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs are met or exceeded.
Oversee incident, problem, change, and request processes for service quality.
Lead service review meetings and communicate performance, risks and improvements.
Coordinate with technical teams to resolve escalations quickly.
