Qualifications

• 3+ years of ServiceNow development or architecture experience.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow product lines and platform capabilities.
• Experience with ServiceNow configuration, scripting, and application development.
• Agile/Scrum experience is an advantage.
• ServiceNow certification and ITIL knowledge are highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an automation-first mindset.
• Ability to learn quickly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
