Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow development, configuration, implementation or solution architecting.
• 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform implementations or production support.
• Experience delivering ServiceNow solutions in project environments or production support.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow capabilities, best practices and development standards.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, IRM, ITAM, HRSD or CSM modules.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate into effective ServiceNow designs.
• Configure, customize, script, and develop on the ServiceNow platform.
• Design, build, and implement workflows, automations, integrations, and processes.
• Participate in Agile delivery, including sprint planning and execution.
• Support testing, deployments, releases, and platform upgrades.
• Provide incident resolution and production support; collaborate with stakeholders.
