Job summary

Excis is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment as part of an internal maternity leave coverage. The role involves sourcing, interviewing, offers, onboarding coordination, and delivering data-driven recruitment insights across markets and locations.

You will mentor junior recruiters, collaborate with hiring managers, and drive improvements to recruitment processes and reporting. Target start is Q4 2026, with a structured handover period ensuring continuity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple markets and locations.
• Strong ability to train, coach, and mentor junior recruiters.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across roles, markets, and locations.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Lead recruitment initiatives, campaigns, and process improvements.
• Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics and reporting accuracy.
• Provide training and mentorship to new and junior recruiters.
