Job summary

TOA Global is seeking a Senior Corporate Talent Acquisition Officer to lead end-to-end recruitment across corporate functions. You will partner with hiring leaders, source top candidates, and manage pipelines using ATS and sourcing tools.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and strategic advisory to drive hiring excellence. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in recruitment, a related bachelor’s degree, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of recruitment experience in internal, agency, BPO, or RPO environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology or related field preferred.
• Hands-on experience with ATS and talent sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring leaders to define talent needs and strategy.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates; build candidate pipelines.
• Utilize data-driven analytics to track metrics and optimize processes.
• Promote employer brand across channels to attract top talent.
