We are looking for an experienced and proactiveSenior Recruiterto join our internal recruitment team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned recruitment professional who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment, contribute to recruitment strategies and initiatives, support data-driven decision-making through recruitment reporting, and provide guidance and mentorship to other members of the recruitment team. This position is being offered as amaternity leave coverage role, with a structuredhandover and knowledge-transfer periodto ensure continuity of recruitment operations, processes, stakeholder relationships, and ongoing hiring activities.
The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for managing theend-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and candidate engagement through screening, interviews, offer management, and onboarding coordination. The role will also contribute torecruitment initiatives, process improvements, talent acquisition strategies, recruitment reporting, and team developmentto support the organization's hiring objectives.
This is a6-month full-time contract position, including a handover period, with the possibility of extension depending on business requirements and performance.

Manage thefull end-to-end recruitment lifecycleacross multiple roles, functions, markets, and locations, from sourcing and screening through interviews, offers, and onboarding.
Develop and implementeffective sourcing strategies, proactively attract qualified candidates, manage talent pipelines, and ensure timely candidate follow-up.
Partner closely withhiring managers and internal stakeholdersto understand hiring requirements, priorities, candidate profiles, and provide data- and market-driven recruitment recommendations.
Supporttalent acquisition strategies, recruitment initiatives, campaigns, employer branding, and process improvement projectsto improve hiring efficiency, candidate experience, and time-to-hire.
Monitor and report on keyrecruitment metrics, including Time-to-Fill, Time-to-Hire, sourcing activity, pipeline status, hiring progress, recruitment activity, and conversion rates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate, vacancy, and recruitment information in theATS and recruitment platforms, ensuring reliable reporting and effective pipeline management.
Providetraining, coaching, and mentoring to new and junior recruiters, including guidance on sourcing, ATS usage, candidate management, stakeholder communication, and recruitment best practices.
Participate in a structuredmaternity leave handover and knowledge-transfer period, taking ownership of active vacancies, candidate pipelines, hiring priorities, stakeholder relationships, processes, and reporting responsibilities.
Build and maintain strongcandidate and stakeholder relationships, acting as a trusted recruitment partner while ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience.
Minimum 10 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experiencewith strong end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, stakeholder management, reporting, ATS, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced global environment.
5years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, with proven expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, candidate engagement, stakeholder management, and hiring across multiple functions, markets, or locations.
Strong experience partnering withhiring managers and business stakeholders, developing recruitment strategies and initiatives, managing candidate relationships, and providing data- and market-driven recruitment recommendations.
Experience withrecruitment reporting, metrics, ATS/recruitment systems, and sourcing platforms, with strong organizational, time-management, problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
Proven ability totrain, coach, and mentor new and junior recruiters, share recruitment best practices, and work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced global recruitment environment.
Strong English communication skills (B2 or higher)and valid work authorization for the applicable work location. Candidates must be comfortable with a6-month full-time maternity leave coverage contract, including a structured handover and knowledge-transfer period, with atarget start date of Q4 2026. Potential extension may be considered based on business requirements and performance.
