Job summary

TECEZE seeks an experienced ServiceNow HRSD/GBS Technical Consultant for a global role to design, configure, implement, integrate, and support enterprise HRSD solutions that improve employee services and shared-service operations.

The role requires current HRSD certification, hands-on delivery across HRSD modules, and the ability to work with executives, HR, and governance teams to translate requirements into secure, scalable designs.

Qualifications

• Current ServiceNow HRSD certification and proven enterprise HRSD implementations.
• At least 3 x Certified Implementation Specialist certificates.
• Experience leading technically complex ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong English communication; able to lead workshops and engage with executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery across requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and transition to support.
• Configure HR Case, Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Onboarding, Transitions, and related workflows.
• Design HR services, centers of excellence, entitlements, approvals, and escalation models.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and executive views for leadership.
• Ensure upgrade-safe practices, data privacy, security, and compliant integration designs.
