Job summary

Trinity Workforce Solutions Inc in Manila is seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Architect to lead technical delivery across HRSD and related GBS solutions in complex enterprise environments. You will design employee journeys, configure HRSD modules, and collaborate with solution architects, security, and integration teams to deliver end-to-end implementations.

Qualifications

• Current ServiceNow HRSD certification (e.g., Implementation Specialist HRSD)
• Experience implementing ServiceNow HRSD in complex enterprise environments
• Current ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification or equivalent
• CTA certification – highly preferred
• At least 3 Certified Implementation Specialist certificates
• Eight+ years of HR tech/shared-services/enterprise app experience
• Five+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience
• Three+ years of direct ServiceNow HRSD implementation experience
• Experience delivering two substantial end-to-end HRSD implementations
• Strong understanding of HRSD architecture, data structures, security, workflows, integrations, reporting

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery across requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and transition to support
• Configure/implement HRSD modules: HR Case, Knowledge Management, Employee Center/Employee Center Pro, Onboarding/Transitions, Lifecycle Events, Employee Relations, Universal Request, Virtual Agent, and shared-service workflows
• Design employee journeys across onboarding, transfers, promotions, leave, relocation, org change, and offboarding
• Support Global Business Services operating model design across HR and other enterprise functions
• Provide detailed product/technical design input to Architects (Solution, Technical, Enterprise, Security, Data, Integrations)
• Lead or support workshops with senior executives, HR/GBS leadership, and technical stakeholders
• Perform advanced configuration of HRSD platform capabilities (tables, forms, fields, workspaces, roles, access controls, Flow Designer)
• Design integrations with HRIS, payroll, benefits, talent, learning, identity, document, and enterprise platforms
• Develop and review unit, system, integration, regression, security, and user acceptance test materials
• Provide technical guidance to consultants, developers, analysts, administrators, and integration specialists
