Job summary

Adventure Consultancy Solutions Philippines Inc. is seeking a Senior HR Service Desk System Administrator to own the administration and development of the ServiceNow HRSD module. You will translate HR needs into scalable platform configurations and drive secure, well-governed processes.

You will configure HRSD workflows, lifecycle events, and security settings, while delivering reports and ensuring smooth migrations across environments. A CSA certification is essential, with CIS-HRSD as a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years building and deploying ServiceNow solutions.
• Experience with ServiceNow HRSD or ITSM/CSM modules.
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts and Script Includes.
• Strong understanding of ACLs, RBAC and REST/SOAP integrations.
• ServiceNow CSA certification required; CIS-HRSD is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

About the Role

Join a technology team supporting HR operations for a leading international development finance institution. As the Senior HR Service Desk System Administrator, you'll own the technical administration, configuration, and development of the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module - translating HR business needs into stable, well-governed platform configurations.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain service catalog items, record producers, and workflows using Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts.
• Configure HRSD-specific components (Lifecycle Events, HR/user criteria) and manage ACLs, data policies, and security settings.
• Review change requests for technical feasibility, prioritizing out-of-the-box functionality for a scalable, upgradeable platform.
• Manage technical migrations across Dev/Test/Prod, executing testing and validation protocols.
• Create reports and dashboards for HRSD, and document custom developments for the wider IT team.

What You'll Bring

• 3-5 years building, maintaining, and deploying solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
