Job summary

The Ant Colony Resources Inc. is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow HRSD/GBS Technical Consultant to design, implement, and support enterprise HRSD solutions.

This role focuses on next-generation AI-powered workflows, intelligent accelerators, and scalable HR service delivery across the organization. You will lead technical delivery, configure HRSD modules, and craft employee journeys spanning onboarding to offboarding.

Qualifications

• Certified HRSD implementation in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on ServiceNow platform experience (5+ years).
• Experience delivering end-to-end HRSD implementations.
• Strong understanding of HRSD architecture, data structures, security, workflows, integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery across requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployment.
• Configure and implement HRSD modules: HR Case, Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Onboarding, and related workflows.
• Design employee journeys including onboarding, transfers, promotions, leave, relocation, and offboarding.
• Implement dashboards, reports, and executive views for HR/GBS operations.
• Collaborate with architects and senior stakeholders to shape HRSD solutions.
