Job summary
ATOS Information Technology Inc. is seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD/GBS Technical Consultant to design, configure, implement, integrate, and support enterprise ServiceNow solutions that enhance employee services and shared-service operations.
The role requires strong HR technology background, hands-on ServiceNow HRSD expertise, and proven consulting leadership. The candidate will deliver end-to-end HRSD implementations, manage stakeholders, and lead technical initiatives across HR
Qualifications
- 8+ years in HR technology, shared services, or enterprise applications.
- 5+ years ServiceNow experience.
- 3+ years implementing ServiceNow HRSD.
- Delivered at least 2 end-to-end HRSD implementations.
- Strong experience in HR Case Management, Employee Center, Onboarding, Lifecycle Events, and HR workflows.
- ServiceNow HRSD certification (CIS HRSD) required.
- At least 3 ServiceNow CIS certifications preferred.
- Consulting, stakeholder management, and technical leadership experience.
