Job summary

ComfortDelGro Corporation Limited is seeking a seasoned Compensation & Benefits professional in the Philippines. You will support salary reviews, budgeting, and incentive plans, while maintaining salary bands and job grading systems.

You’ll administer benefits programs, vendor management, and reporting, contributing to regional and global C&B initiatives. You’ll analyze market trends with benchmarking tools, develop dashboards, and coordinate global mobility.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, finance or related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Compensation & Benefits, regional or multinational setting.
Strong MS Excel skills and proficiency in benchmarking tools.
Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and modelling skills advantageous.
Experience with HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors and performance modules.
Attention to detail, confidentiality, organization, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Support compensation activities: annual reviews, budgeting, and incentive plans.
Develop and maintain compensation structure, salary bands and job grading.
Assist benefits programs, vendor management, renewals, and reporting.
Coordinate global mobility processes and governance documentation.
Prepare reports/dashboards for HR and leadership, monitor trends.
Contribute to C&B initiatives, audits, and process improvements.
