Job summary

GECO Asia Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end software implementation initiatives across Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, budget, and schedule while ensuring SAP Quality Management (QM) integrations align with enterprise standards and governance. The role emphasizes vendor management, change facilitation, and continuous service improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of overall IT experience, including at least 5 years in full-cycle IT project delivery.
• Experience with global, multicultural teams in complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end IT implementation projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver projects within scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.
• Oversee performance, availability, compliance, and continuous improvement of Quality & ESH applications.
• Ensure adherence to IT governance, security policies, compliance requirements, and enterprise standards.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors.
• Drive application lifecycle management, including enhancements, upgrades, support, and roadmap planning.
• Establish partnerships with Quality, ESH, and cross-functional teams to identify tech-driven improvements.
